Currently on display at Copro Gallery in Santa Monica, California is Adam Miller’s show “Twilight in Arcadia.” Miller’s paintings involve the intersections of mythology, ecology and humanism. Taking Baroque scenery as an initial base, Miller then builds a complex and multi-layered metaphor towards contemporary folklore. The finished work presents itself as a portrait that stretches beyond normal, flat faced narrative. See more work below:
Currently on display at Copro Gallery until April 15th in Los Angeles is the group show “Espionage II" which features artwork by artists such as Billy Norrby (featured) and Eric Fortune (featured) (both above) plus many others. The show is a continuation of the gallery’s Art Basel Miami show, but a California version.
This coming Saturday, September 14th at Copro Gallery in Los Angeles is “The BLAB Show,” a yearly group show put on by the creators of Blab! Anthology. The show features a multitude of really fantastic artists like Andrew Hem, Travis Lampe, Lola Gil and Peter Ferguson (all above). The complete artist list can be seen on Copro’s website.
